What are your business hours?
While our online shop is never closed we typically only process proofs, print orders & reply to emails during the following times:
Studio Hours • M-F • 7:00-6:00 central time
Weekends & holidays • Off
Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply on general inquiries.
Can I apply a design that I saw to a different layout?
If you saw something you liked (i.e. baby shower invite) and you would like it applied to a different format (i.e. personal stationery) Please just contact us with the name of the design and the information you would like on card and we will happily customize it for you, free of charge!
Can you send my purchase directly to a gift recipient?
Yes, just enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. If you'd like to include a message with your gift, please do so at checkout. There is no extra charge. Your receipt will be emailed to you.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2 - 3 days. Please allow an additional 2 - 6 days for shipping in the US via First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Pixie Chicago is not responsible for situations caused by the neglect of the post office (i.e. damaged, lost or stolen invitations).
What about shipping and rush orders?
We ship anywhere in the US and Canada. Our flat rate shipping cost is $4.95; if you need a rush order please contact us. Pixie Chicago is not responsible for situations caused by the neglect of the post office (i.e. damaged, lost or stolen invitations).
Can I return a custom order?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted. It is imperative that you check your order or proof over twice for accuracy.
What type of paper do you use?
All of the paper we use is premium quality. Flat note cards are printed on 110 lb card stock paper. Folded note cards are printed on 80 lb card stock. All cards are paired with matching A2 envelopes from Paper Source and packaged in clear sleeves.
I love my order so much, how to I get more?
If you find you need more invitations/announcements/stationery than you originally ordered, you can sign in to your account and easily reorder a previous order.

Please note that PixieChicago.com will be stamped on the back of all invitations, announcements, cards & stationery. We do not print our website on wedding invitations.
Designing your order
When designing your order, we sometimes have to make small adjustments to spacing depending on the information you want to include, which is why requesting a proof is recommended before printing.
Proofs
If you choose to have a pdf proof sent to you via email before printing it is important to know that we do not print until we receive your approval of the design. It is your responsibility to reply to the email after approved. Most proofs are sent within 2 business days of the order and most orders are shipped within 3 business days after approval, but lead times may be as long as 2 business days on proofs and 5 business days to print orders.
When the client approves a proof, Pixie Chicago is not responsible for any mistakes printed that match the approved proof.* This includes any spellings, dates, addresses, spaces, graphics, etc. that are incorrect. Although Pixie Chicago does it’s best to ensure everything is correct, mistakes can occur. It is your responsibility to check all information before you approve your proof.
*In the event that Pixie Chicago is responsible for a mistake, and the printed piece does not match the approved proof, Pixie Chicago will take full responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to correct the situation.
Printing
All printing is done in house on an inkjet printer.
Color
Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product as all monitors display colors differently. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Product quality
Pixie Chicago strives to produce the utmost quality and high end products. Since products are hand done, there may be slight irregularities. In the event that there is a mistake or the product doesn’t meet the clients expectations due to the neglect of Pixie Chicago, we will do it’s best to correct the problem at hand.
Private policy and payments
All information is kept confidential and will never be given or sold to a third party.
All payments are processed through a secure and trusted company, Paypal. Please note you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay, we accept credit cards directly from our site.
